Tubal Ligation / Pregnant ??

Okay so I’ve had 4 pregnancies, 3 successful, with my first being a miscarriage. I got my tubes “tied” on my last baby ( November 7th,2017 ) So 2 Months ago. I have quit bleeding well over a month now and haven’t started my period not even a hint of it, but I’ve had pregnancy symptoms ( Nausea, Fatigue, Etc. ) is it possible to get pregnant after having your tubes cut & burnt? Also took a pregnancy test and so far it’s a negative, but it still has me freaking out that I’m pregnant again... if so it would be my 5th year in a row pregnant. 🤦🏻‍♀️ any advice is appreciated!

* I know there are a couple of types of tubal ligation and “ tubes tied “ is just a term I use as its common to most people, but I didn’t have them tied I had them cut and burnt at least that’s what my dr has told me.
