So. My son has a hard, moveable, pea sized lump on the back of his head/neck. The area where the lymph node is, is the occipital area (number 8 in the picture)

It’s only on that one side, there isn’t one in the same area on the other side of his head. He’s had it since birth. It hasn’t grown any whatsoever, and the texture of it hasn’t changed. He was born with a clogged tear duct in his right eye, and the lymph node is on the left side of his head? Could it be from his duct? His pediatrician didn’t seem concerned. But I’m a HUGE worry wart.
