Am I a bad mom?

My 3 weeks old constantly cries when I’m holding her. I try everything to get her to stop but unless she’s eating or sleeping, she’s crying. When she’s awake and someone else holds her she’s fine. Idk what to do, I’m alone with her 14 hours a day and I’m going to go crazy! I feel horrible for not wanting to be alone with her, but I can’t help it..

Sounds like reflux or silent reflux, not something you are doing. Baby sounds uncomfortable. You may need to change the formula or maybe something in your diet if you breastfeed  (possibly cut dairy) also become the burping queen. Don't burp over your shoulder, put baby in a seated position leaning forward, hold front with one hand and burp with the other, be persistent. If that doesn't work  try gripe water, or baby might need a prescription. My first baby was SO FUSSY and was a terrible sleeper, it took me awhile to figure out it was reflux. Once that was resolved he was like a whole new baby.

I totally understand. my son is 4 months and he always cries for me....he currently is. I've been home with him since day 1. For us it just means he wants to spend time with someone else, but it was extremely hard for me to accept that; I always thought it was me.  Don't over stress about it. When someone else is home just ask them to take your little one for a bit. It's ok to ask for help!
