Advice? Thoughts? Anything?

I found out Monday I’m pregnant (first time) yesterday I experienced some cramping and bleeding/discharge (pink & brown). I’m 3 weeks this week & my period isn’t expected until today or tomorrow. So far this morning I’ve not had any cramping or bleeding. I went to urgent care yesterday and they done some blood work. I should have those results back today or tomorrow. They want to have more blood work done next week to see if the HCG levels rise. My first OBGYN appointment isn’t scheduled until February 20 at 8 weeks. Just wondering if anyone else has experienced anything like this? I’m hopeful this baby will stick! This week has been quite a rollercoaster of emotions!
