Moving in

How do you convince your boyfriend to move in with you.

We have been together 10 years on and off from a very young age. We lived together for 6 months and then our landlord wanted to sell so we moved back in with our own parents to save some money and now I can’t get him to move out again he seems to have got too comfortable and I don’t know what to do. He says he is depressed because he hates his job but doesn’t even try looking for new ones.. any advice please!!!
