Next Steps??

Hello all I was diagnosed with PCOS about 2 years ago. Since then I have been on provera a total of 10 times throughout those years. When I would take it I would get a super heavy cycle but when I get off of it I have no cycle at all. I am blessed to have a 6 year old but we have been trying for one more a solid 8 months now. Any suggestion on natural remedies to try? I go back to my obgyn in April to discuss other options but I HATE taking medicine I feel as though my body is worn out!
