Sac and the baby

Hi guys just a question I am now 5 weeks pregnant but no other symptoms aside from sore boobs. I had my internal and belly scan 4 weeks and 5 days but they didn’t see anything and I was very disappointed they said that my hcg level was high enough(2033)to see even the sac but there was nothing.

Now that I am 5 weeks would they be able to see something,’ my next ultrasound will be on Monday which I believed I would be 5 weeks and 2 days?

Sorry I’m just worried since I don’t feel any pregnancy symptoms only the tender breast, not even nausea or vomiting. This is so scary😦😧😮😲
