In the winter every other day because my skin is so dry it burns after a shower. In the summer more like every day because of humidity and sweating. I only wash my hair about twice a week.

In the summer I can shower up to three  Times a day. I hate feeling sweaty or oily at all... I love feeling super fresh. In the winter I’m more dry so at least once a day. If I skip a day I’m miserable
