Anyone opt for the materniT21 test?

I was on the phone with my OB office today trying to reschedule my appointment when she asked me if I wanted to do the materniT21 test while I was here... of course I asked her what it is cuz I have never heard of it before, and she told me everthing it does... I'll be 10w+2 at my next appointment. has anyone had this test done? if so what's your opinion? what do you know about it?

Each pregnancy that I've had they always have some test that tests for the abnormalities. This time around it's the Mat21 test. The silver lining about these tests besides finding out if there are any abnormalities... you can find out the gender of your baby and I hear it's actually more accurate! I'm going for my blood test Monday but I won't find out until the 7th, which is my next appointment.
