Anyone taking preg vit vitamins ? 1mg folic vs 5mf

I’ve been taking them for awhile. I thought I had ran out but the nurses gave me sample packs. Today I went to fill my prescription and bc my doc said I forgot how many weeks either 10 or 12 the folic acid changes to 1 mg from 5mg. I realized now the DINs of the new dose match the sample and that means it’s been way over a month I’ve been taking the 1mg now. Should I be concerned ?? I’ve been taking the wrong dose of folic ??

I looked through the samples she gave me and found 2 packs that have the 5mg and the doc said you do have refills from before. I have my appointment with my doc on Monday for my second scan. I’m 9 weeks 1 day.
