Bf not giving attention

So my bf and I are in a log distance relationship. He normally only comes on Saturdays Bc it’s the only day we are both off from work. During the day we talk very little Bc we both work but when I get home and try to start a conversation or call him he 1. Completely ignores me 2. Hit me with the “ I’m tired”. Lately he ditches me to hangout with his friends or makes excuses to not come see me. And honestly I’m started to get really annoyed by this. We have talked about this issue but he tells me that “ i need to grow up”. Any suggestions on what i should do???
