Cryptic Pregnancy?

I am 25 yrs old and I have a 3 yr old son, we recently have been TTC for the last 3/4 months without birth control or condoms. I know what it feels like to be pregnant. And although I’ve had multiple negative hpt, a negative blood test, and a negative ultrasound, I have been feeling was feels like a baby squirming and kicking over the last few weeks. Which only seems to be getting stronger. I have pcos and scar tissue in my abdomen from 2 surgeries. So I am a prime candidate for cryptic pregnancy. But I never believed it could actually happen! Now I’m getting worried. I don’t want to think it’s happening to me and I don’t know how to bring it up to my doctor without sounding like a lunatic. Please I need advice!
