Spotting/bleeding during week 5-6

Hi ladies,

I’m 5 weeks 4 days pregnant. I started to have light brown spotting during this week. I do feel some cramps come & go but they are not bad (milder than period-like pain). I found some brown blood on my pad again today, however I don’t feel any pain.

Does anybody experience similar things? What to do?

I try to have as much bed rest as possible but I’m so anxious. Looking for some advice or previous experience regarding to this matter. Thank you!
