chance of missed miscarriage?

I read somewhere that once you see and hear the heartbeat, the chance of miscarriage reduce significantly. Is that true? I heard the heartbeat at 7 weeks 4 days and will be going back on Tuesday at 11 weeks 3 days. I haven't bled or anything, but am still super worried the baby won't be okay.

the chance of miscarriage reduces the further along you get into the pregnancy, after 12 weeks is considered more of a "safe" zone

It’s natural to worry, but once you’ve seen the heartbeat the chance of a miscarriage does go down. Try not to worry (easier said than done, believe me, I know!). Find little positive things to focus on everyday and that may help!

My OB said that once you see the heartbeat the chance of having a miscarriage drops to less than 2%

Unfortunately I experienced this with my first pregnancy last March. At 6w3d I saw the heartbeat and then at my next appointment at 9 weeks there was no heartbeat and I found out the baby stopped growing at 8 weeks. I'm pregnant now with a baby boy due in April. It was definitely hard not to worry about another missed miscarriage but I just had to think positive. Try not to stress over it too much. Everything will be fine! Wishing you the best!

I don’t want to worry you but this has happen to me st 6 weeks 6 days my baby had a heartbeat I went back for my 9 week check up and my baby to had stopped growing it was very hard to come to terms but now I am pregnant again 5 weeks 5 days my confirmation apt is Monday and I’m so anxious and nervous but hoping I will carry my baby full term .. try not to stress I’m sure you’ll be okay I wish you a health 9 months 💕
