starving
I've been given the ok by my doctor to lose a few pounds. however I'm literally starving every hour. with this pregnancy I need to eat when I get hungry or I'll get sick. it's getting to the point that fruits and veggies aren't cutting it for snacks and it seems like balanced breakfasts lunches and dinners aren't cutting it either.
anyone have idea for healthy AND filling sneaks and meals? it would be nice to not have to eat every hour.
