Twins/Multiples??

I’m wondering what other people’s twins/multiples ultrasounds looked like. We just found out we’re expecting baby #2 (Surprise!) and when they started the ultrasound, it looked like there were 3 dark spots at first. My FNP was able to zero in on the one, but there’s still two other visible dark spots? I doubt it’s twins, but the photo itself is making me a tiny bit anxious/unnerved. My husband thinks that she would have said something right then but I feel she would wait until they had a better visual to make that distinction. She decided to have my labs done that same day, just after doing the ultrasound so I’m wondering if they wanted to check hCG levels? Maybe I’m just crazy; I’ve just never seen an ultrasound like this one. Any advice or personal experiences would be MUCH appreciated. ❤️🤗
