Rough breakup-Help

Guys suck sometimes. My boyfriend of 11 months broke up with me a few days ago and told me he needed to sort through his life. Then he went and said “I broke up with her because I didn’t like her anymore, she was being hella salty because she blocked me on all social media.” Like yeah I blocked him because he’s a prick. When I confronted him he was like “I didn’t say that!” And straight up lied to me. When I drove home I saw him crying as he walked. What the hell does this mean. All my friends are like “I’ll support you” but when I tried to talk about it at a sleepover they were like “Stop talking about him.” Im done with all this drama. someone help
