crying for a random puppy?? before my period

So i was sitting last night watching videos of puppies until i came to one that was about a puppy that died and it had sad music and everything and i started crying and couldnt stop so i was just sitting there sobbing for HOURS like

as if i had lost a close family member and my mom started worrying and i didnt understand why and so i woke up this morning with my period and now it all kinda makes sense.. have anyone else experienced anything like this?
