Period during my wedding??

I'm having an issue. Right now my period is synced to start around the 20th every month. (Without Birth Control) My wedding is going to be on October 20th, this year. When I was on Birth Control awhile back, they told me to start in when I start my period, so wouldn't it just stay synced on the 20th? I really don't want my period during my wedding (ESPECIALLY since the first day is always a massacre for me) Help?

You can start birth control pills with your period, and it should stay fairly synced. Then, the month of your wedding, you skip the sugar pills so you won't have your period. You can take the sugar pills after your wedding/honeymoon and the  just continue with the rest of the pack to keep your cycle fairly regular.
I did that semi frequently when I was on the pill. Supposed to have my period during senior prom? Oh hell no!

The doctor can prescribe a tablet that delays it you would just take the tablet for the amount of days you want to defer for then your cycle will start once you stop
