Subchorionic Hemorrhage

Just got back from the ER. I went because I had sharp pain in my side. They did an ultrasound and saw a healthy heartbeat of 130 and a perfect crown-to-rump measurement of 7w1d. They also saw a 5cmx3cm Subchorionic hemorrhage. No bleeding so far. The dr said that it could go either way and the fact that I’m not bleeding is good, but it’s a large clot. I’m in bed rest and am supposed to follow up with my OB tomorrow. Anyone had this happen and had a successful pregnancy? A miscarriage?
