Please help! - Windy baby
Any tips/tricks?
I’m sorry if this has been asked before, I’m just at an absolute loss with what to do.
My 3mth old isn’t usually a windy baby but the last two days she seems to be holding onto a lot of wind that is giving her pain.
Yesterday she was just uncomfortable, today it’s really hard to feed her (ebf) because she keeps pulling off every second screaming in pain (I can hear her tummy rumbling). Feeding just seems to be adding to the wind...
I’ve called Plunket line who said basically persist with trying to burp and feed.
I’ve called la Leche who suggested feeding in different positions.
I’ve called my GP who didn’t have space to book me in today but suggested infacol and bicycle legs in the meantime.
Nothing seems to be working - she’s upset and hungry and tired, I’m upset and hungry and tired.
I just would like to know if anyone have any tips on how to get stubborn wind out?
