What home remedies helped start labor???

Hi Ladies, I heard about so many home remedies that help start labor. Any of them really helped you????

Not too sure. I had a stretch and sweep and then bounced around back and forth in my in-laws pool to get the baby to drop right down. Not sure what helped more but labour started in the pool and baby was here 6 hours later.

For me I drank peppermint tea and bounced on my excer ball a hour later it started everyone’s different tho , I tried the hot sauce the walking
