Making the switch!
I’ve been vegetarian for 92 days, and I’ve done it off and on since I was 10, but obviously, this time I’m sticking with it, for good. Today I made the decision to finally make the switch and go full out vegan. I’ve been putting it off because of location. Unless you live in some booming city veganism is VERY difficult. I have decided to do raw till 4, which if you don’t know, just means you eat raw fruit, nuts, and water heavy vegetables (mostly fruit) all day long, until 4pm, then you cook up a carb heavy dinner with cooked vegetables! I’m very excited, but very nervous, I get a lot of heat from family member about being vegetarian, I can’t imagine how much I’ll hear about veganism, also whenever I travel to other people’s homes, they won’t have the food to support my lifestyle...I can’t just travel with a duffle bag of fruit? And I’m young, so I don’t have a job, I can’t go out and buy my own food...lots of pros and cons, honestly if it’s too difficult I may have to just go back to vegetarianism. I hate to say it, but it is what it is.
