Maybe it’s nothing but just to be sure😕

Does anyone know what these could be? I just noticed them a minute ago, he’s had no shirt on all day and I know that this wasn’t here earlier. It doesn’t look like scratches and he occasionally reaches up to scratch the one on his neck. I’ve also noticed that when I’ve rubbed his back while rocking him that I can feel tiny little bumps like all over his back but they’re not visibly noticeable. My son never gets sick or never breaks out with anything so I’m mainly just worried because I’ve never experienced this before. He hasn’t tried anything new recently so I’m pretty positive it’s not an allergic reaction.

**Our doctor is closed for the night and I don’t want to take him to the ER because the flu is going around so bad here that even doctors have said to avoid going to the hospital unless it’s an absolute emergency, which I don’t think this is.
