Is he being weird

He's been trying to date me and have sex with me for the past 2 years and I've been telling him I only like him as a friend.

Sometimes at school he'll stand next to me while I eat in the lunch room and pretend to be on his phone.

He's nice and we've been friends for the last 7 years. Except he when it comes to other things such as girls he gets upset Bc he hasn't really dated anybody.

He told me a lot of the girls he talks to don't like him (honestly I can see why). He kept trying to talk me into dating him (MAJOR CREEPER ALERT)!

My mom thinks he's cute and my father tells me don't fall for it (he knows guys have acted like they liked me in the past) and my sister says he doesn't understand the point of relationships
