1 year old wont go to sleep on his own.
is 1 year old too late to do the cry it out method? should i have done it earlier?? HELP! My baby wont sleep unless im patting him, and it usually takes a hour and a half. ive tried everything, shorter naps, longer naps, earlier bedtimes, everything help
