Tantrum or sick(HELP)

My almost 11 month old is having these tantrums that last for hrs at a time screaming and rolling around I try to console her and she gets violent with me scratching and slapping but then when I try to put her down so wants me I’m so confused and it hurts me to see her like that is so stressful and makes my anxiety flare but I’m worried so I called her dr and they asked me if it was behavioral issues or her being sick or teething problems I was like Idk 😐 I am stumped on what to do Tylenol,Motrin,and teething tablets didn’t help What now HELP
