Roommate keeps calling the cops on neighbors 😬

I’m a college student and I live in a college apartment. I’ve lived here for almost two years now. I have three roommates: my boyfriend, our friend, and our roommates friend just moved in as our fourth roommate. She’s really nice and fits in well with us I think, but She has called the police twice now on our neighbors and is threatening to call on them again. Our neighbors are a little bit loud. Last night they had a party and you could hear the music in our apartment. It wasn’t outrageous though and it was the night before classes started. It was only 10 pm when she called. I guess it’s her right to call since they were making noise, but we live in an apartment complex with only college students. There are parties around all the time and we told her this before she moved in and she said it wasn’t a problem. I don’t want to create a bad environment around the complex. I don’t know how or if I should bring it up to her to chill with calling the cops.
