Looking for advice from other mommies...

My husband and I are trying for another baby, I was 2 days late on my period and took a pregnancy test that had a faint positive and even posted about it on here well I started cramping late lastnight. Sure enough I woke up and started my period this morning, but the cramping wasn't normal it felt different. So now Im thinking the worst and I go to the bathroom and wipe and something like this came out (this is a google image that looks exactly like it.) I will be seeing the doctor if pain continues but I need advice because all Im thinking is miscarage..
