Placenta pervia...20 weeks having a girl 🌸

I had my 18 week scan and they said I have a really low placenta and might have to get a c-section if it doesn’t move. I’ve had some spotting since went and got it checked out they said the same thing but also said the chances of it moving are high. I’ve done research and I kind of want a c-section anyway, being a FTM and with some complications this pregnancy I don’t want to risk my life or our baby girl. Has anyone else had experience in this or advice (please don’t judge or lecture for wanting an c-section I know some woman get sensitive about that).
