Tubal ligation

Not sure if this is the right group to post in...but I was wanting experiences from women who have had their tubes tied. Not about the procedure or recovery, but about your life afterwards. Did your periods change? Did you have any new "symptoms"? Feel free to add anything else that I might want to know. I am for sure done having kids, as I'm about to have my 4th c section. I just wanna know if this is the way to go, although it seems my options are limited.
