Seriously i need help!

So heres my issue i would appreciate any advice , because im desperate 😫

I have abnormal periods sometimes it last 7 days sometimes one whole month. Its almost a whole year since im trying to conceive. Gyno says its abnormal periods but thats normal.

Also i bleed during and after sex. Idk what else to do. Like its so messy i cant deal. Its definitely taking a toll on my marriage 💔.

Doctors say birth control can help to regulate my periods but since im trying to conceive, i feel like this is taking steps backwards 😭

What about the bleeding during and after sex?

Doctors say just try more comfortable position but it happens no matter the position.

Ugh.
