Need help

I’ve been running fever and my upper stomach hurts like around my diaphragm and feels like I’ve been doing billions Of sit ups when I haven’t. I’m a teenager and my parents keep asking if I’m pregnant which scares me. I’m cramping bad and Im bleeding which I assume is my period bc it’s supposed to be today anyways. Do I have anything to worry about pregnancy wise? I use condoms and pull out methods.
