Best way to keep pms/hormones under control?

I have horrible pms each month, and two weeks before my period, I stop functioning completely for a week, sleep 24/7, and my depression (which is usually under control thanks to my antidepressants) gets so bad I get really suicidal. Then, the next week before my period I get really physically sick. I’m often nauseous, sometimes to the point of throwing up, and hardly eat anything. I’m so sick of dealing with it, and I want to know if anyone else has (or has had) similar experiences and what you’ve done to alleviate your symptoms?
