Need Encouragement

I’m feeling a little down & I have no one to turn to so I thought I’d come to you all.. I’m 19 & pregnant & I’m severely depressed. I’m crying as I am typing this because at first it was all okay and now I just feel as if I’m the dumbest person alive. Why did I get pregnant? Why didn’t I wait? Everything is just going downhill for me & I don’t know what to do & I have no one to turn to.. the baby’s father is 20 but he has a 15 year old mindset.. my parents are supportive but they don’t understand the whole teen depression thing .. anybody have any advice for me? I could really use some encouragement right now.
