Cleaning up after cumming?

After you have sex and he comes inside, does it matter if you clean up immediately after or do you need to lay down and leave it? I ask because it is uncomfortable to lay there and not clean up. But I will if it makes a difference

Hahaha! The legs up thing is just a tale. When a man ejaculates in you, it reaches your cervix in a matter of seconds. It only takes one little winning swimmer to win the race and he ejaculates millions! So no, don’t lay there, go pee and clean up so you don’t get a UTI.

After 3 years TTC and numerous fertility treatments, RE specialist appointments and medications I think there must be something to letting things "hang out" in there a bit. 😜 Our second IUI (which ended up giving us our son) the fertility specialist told me to lay flat for 30 minutes so that we gave the little swimmers more time to get where they needed to be. I was always a firm believer in getting up to clean up right to avoid those pesky UTIs but since this was our very first pregnancy I think it must have helped! Just my personal opinion 😊

Idk if its just an old wives tale, but if you're trying to conceive they say to put your legs up for 15 minutes ish after. Idk if it really matters, but its not like it hurts.
