Help please!!

I had a medical abortion at 15weeks due to complications with the pregnancy. They did tell me I could get back intimate as soon as I wanted even next day. I had sex with my husband 3times I think and since than we haven’t done anything because I been feeling very low and sad about the whole thing. I read that nearly almost every pregnancy test will come back negative after 2 weeks and I tested today 5weeks pos abortion and I had a positive. Can someone please tell me if this is normal or if I am pregnant again? I would love só so much to conceive again it had been a year and a half before we could get pregnant and had to abort it, it was very sad I just want a healthy pregnancy 😭😭
