Itchy/swollen

So my boyfriend and never use condoms and he finishes in me all the time. I’m on birth control but however I hate how my vagina hurts after like it’s uncomfortable itchy and where my vagina hole is it’s kinda swollen. When I’ve had sex with condoms this never happens. So is it just what comes without using a condom? I’m very clean and so is he but could it mean he’s messing w someone else?? Just being paranoid lol someone help
