Why am i not hungry?!

So this entire pregnancy i can not put food down except the last couple days... i woke up today, had a breakfast sandwich about 11 and I’m still so full I’m uncomfortable and it’s been like 9 1/2 hours since I’ve eaten that... could it be baby on my belly making me full? Luckily my blood sugars haven’t been low but it’s just weird not being hungry at all today I’m 32 weeks

My hunger level really started to taper off at about 24-25w.  I make sure to eat 3 meals a day but they are smaller than before I was pregnant because my acid reflux goes crazy otherwise.  I'm still measuring a week ahead and so I'm hoping that this slow down is just a natural response to my gaining a little too much during T1.

Are you bloated at all? Bloat makes me ridiculously full, but water helps tremendously.

digestion slows down in pregnancy and the pressure doesn't help! I struggled a lot with my twins. focus on good quality food when you do eat, lots of greens and protiens and a good multivitamin! baby will get what they need :)
