4+ weeks pregnant?

I took two tests that were definitely positive. I’ve missed my period for two weeks for sure. I have questions about what I’m feeling. Like cramping and weird things going on down under and my boobs being on fire. My doctor won’t see me for another four weeks. I don’t want to loose this baby. Who do y’all go to for advice? The nurse wouldn’t talk to me until the I saw the doctor in four weeks. The internet is so scary with tons of different answers! Any help ladies?!
Also, this is TMI, but.. I have had diarrhea for weeks. Is this normal?

I’m 5w3d and have been cramping since the middle of week 4. Everything I A okay over here! Try not to worry and enjoy it more your body is growing a human!!! It’s gonna feel a little strange for a bit!

My dr wouldn’t see me either. But they did tell me that cramping and slight spotting is perfectly normal. That if the bleeding became more than light spotting and filled a pad to go to the ER.

Quit googling. The internet will only scare you. You have to wait for the doctor to see you because until further into the pregnancy they can’t see or hear much. Start taking a prenatal vitamin, reduce your caffeine and increase your water

Unfortunately most doctors won’t see you until you’re about 8 weeks cause there’s not much you can do before then as far as ultrasounds/checking the baby’s health, etc. it’s frustrating! But definitely take some advice from the internet but if you start trying to self diagnose yourself with something you’re more than likely fine and just write it down to bring up to a dr but then just put your phone down!! Lol
