Eczema? Rash? Something else?

She’s almost 7 months old. Started with small bumps last month. Dr said it was fine. Now it’s bigger spots. Any idea what it could be?

My baby had that a week ago I gave her a bath in oatmeal and rubbed her really good with the shea moisture lotion that has chamomile in it. and it seemed to go away.

Definitely looks like eczema  I’ve had it my whole life and my son has had it since infancy. I wouldn’t recommend Eucerin. That stuff burns even if it specifically says it’s for eczema.
When my son had a big outbreak that looked like your daughter’s, I only bathed him once or twice a week with a dove sensitive skin bar (not body wash, body washes are harsher on the skin) and after a bath patted him completely dry, then applied cetaphil first and then Aquaphor all over his body. I moisturized him twice daily. Eczema is very hard to get rid of. But if you keep them moisturized before the outbreak, it’s easy to prevent. It’s all about prevention!
Also, I’d recommend doing an oatmeal bath. And don’t bathe her daily. Extra bathing makes the rash flare up worse! Do not use scented lotions or body washes.
Also, extra virgin olive oil daily works wonders!

Looks like when my son gets eczema. Cetaphil has been the best lotion we use for it, safe for babies. If your doctor thinks it’s bad enough he’ll prescribe a special ointment for some of the patches. Also when his was really bad I would put a little bit of coconut oil in his bath water because giving baths will dry out the skin. Make sure it’s warm when you do give baths and put lotion on while the skin is a little wet. Use a lot of it and layer it on and then get her dressed and let it soak into her skin
