Delaying shots due to flu season

Anyone else waiting on the vaccines until after flu season? I went into baby's 2 month check up and told the Dr we are going to wait until 4-5 months for the first set. She completely agreed and ordered the shots in case we want to come in before her next check up at 3 months. She actually said that based on how well baby is doing that we don't need to come in for her 3 month check and can come back at 4 months. Huge improvement from needing to go in every 2-3 days for a weight check. Baby lily at her 2 month check.
