hair loss, progress, and regrowth!!!

i am so happy, i had to share. I suffered massive hair loss from the birth control patch, xulane. My hair came out in buckets, scalp burning, itching, etc. it was a nightmare. i was depressed...

so i decided enough moping around. i began a vitamin regime, sucked it up and started rogaine. I also took progress pics. Before, during, and current. its been a year off the bc patch and 6 months of rogaine with vitamins; i started in july. no more shedding! (knock on wood) and a lot of regrowth/baby hairs sprouting everywhere!

i started a new bc pill, ortho cyclen. its been a week and so far so good. fingers crossed no issues with this one (i read its hair friendly). i am determined to kick hair loss' ass and regain my old hair. im getting close and so happy im in tears! Progress pic below...

if you are suffering from hair loss, there is hope. maybe not a cure yet but hope. there's options out there! i wish anyone suffering through this the best of luck!
