Does anyone know?

So I have CareSource Medicaid and also I’m still on my parents. Is there a way to make CareSource my primary insurance? My parents is my primary right now but their insurance has already put me in major debt from my miscarriage and I am not sure what to do. They say they will work with you but when I asked about changing it they said that it would change and to call again but the person I talk to after that said I have to get my parents to take me off their insurance. I guess I would just feel bad telling them I need off of it because their trying to help me out the best they can.
