Ectopic surgery

I has an ectipic discovered at 6 weeks (I only knew for 2 weeks I was pregnant) told done friends... And then had to untell them. I had the MTX shot, out of no where severe pain and discomfort. Upon discharge my tube had burst and it was rushed into surgery. (Discovered during shift change) not only did I have the shot, I had surgery too. I lost my left tube but still have both ovaries and my right tube left.

This three off my timeline and how I had planned things. I'm highly deviststed about a lot of things.

However... When did your levels reach zero. When did you start trying again? How soon can you start taking folate/folic acid again?
