Don’t know where else to post... severe pain...

So it’s about 10pm. DH and I just BD for the first time in a few days. I’m 4DPO right now. BD was fine, shower was fine then I went to use the restroom and trying to urinate was EXTREMELY painful. Like tons of pain in my uterus area and my left side. I could barely stand afterward, got to our room and collapsed on the floor to the pain. I was crying and the pain was in my abdomen, near the stomach, low back, I’m nauseous and feel light headed. This has never happened before.

I choose not to go to the ER right now and I’ll go in the morning if the pain persists but I’m just wondering if this could be an ectopic pregnancy. It’s our first cycle trying after our MMC and I’m terrified right now. I’ve never experienced pain like this and everywhere I’m reading it’s saying that you get ectopic pain usually 3-6 weeks pregnant. I’ll call the doctor in the morning no matter what but just hoping those who have experienced this could help out a little to calm my fears.
