Help me I’m freaking out
So I’ve been getting these bumps on my vagina and have been trying to ignore it. Today I reached down to itch my butt and felt a sore there. It was crusty so by instinct I picked at it and it started bleeding. A lot. And it was painful. I’m freaking out. What’s happening? Do I have an STD? I’m only 14 and have never experienced any sexual acts. Help.
