Help Please

My Last Period Was 1/13/18 Lasted 7 days my cycles are usually 23-24 days long not sure when i ovulated But apps are saying somewhere between the 20th-25th & next period is due 2/5/18 But i Started Spotting the morning of the 25th and it turned to bleeding like a period i had a few abdomen cramps so i went to the hospital later that night & i passed a big blood clot while there but they didnt even bother to check anything they were rushing for whatever reason so i was given meds for something that didn’t have anything to do with the pain and bleeding & got sent home but the bleeding finally stopped last night around 7 then i woke up with ALOT of white creamy discharge it was literally dripping into the toilet and i never had any of this happen before??
