Starting again.

Hey everyone. I’m starting my weight loss journey after having 3 kids back to back. My overall goal is to lose 50 pounds but to keep my motivation I’m gonna focus on losing just 1 pound a week. My hope is in a year I will have lost the 50 pounds. I got up early this morning and worked out and even went for a run. I hope that I can keep this up! 😃
