Some advice please :)

So after two chemical pregnancy, two months in a row, I’m going to give TTC one heck of a try for one last month before going in! (This will be our 12th month of trying) so I need some of the best advice on what you ladies did to get your BFP! I am going to order the ovulation tests online, I will try preseed again (used it for two months awhile ago) but I need to know what else you ladies used or did!?
